International Culinary Center

Next fall Mike will start teaching one on one, hands on cooking classes at the International Culinary Center on Broadway, class size is small and space is limited so sign up early, these will run in the evening from 6PM till around 9:30 and after each class you'll eat the meal you prepared with wines to match at a family style table with Mike.

Mike will also be doing cooking demonstrations for the 92nd St Y, at the NYC Viking showroom on 3rd Avenue.
