Kippers - yumm! I am British by origin and grew up enjoying kippers. You need to know how to tackle them so that the bones are not too much of a struggle. They are almost unobtainable now, even in Canada, because the herring is almost fished out, and the world is poorer for that.

Loved this episode. I espcially liked the tutorial at the end. I want more of these. I loved it at Craft and tried some of the techniques at home. Tonight I am going to tackle pickling beets.
