# 710 San Marzano tomatoes Well I've always wondered what made these so good, so we flew the crew to Italy for the 2007 tomato harvest and get the low down visiting the farmers, the fields and the factories where they pack these lovely tomatoes.
The names of the restaurants are unclear and I couldn't catch the signage... is there a place to see them written? Would like to add them to my travel list...just in case. Thanks.
I saw your program and you made a quick fish dish. You placed the fish on a bed of cabage and steamed for about 8 minutes. Could you send the exact receipe? Thank you.
Wrote it down too quickly--would like the actual recipe as Janet has requested. Thanks Mike.
Dear Mike,

Where could I view or get a copy of this episode? And also about the same time on your radio show "Food Talk" on one episode you were talking about your trip to Italy where you visited the place where they grow the San Marzano tomato and you were talking about how you were sitting under a tree eating day old bread with the tomatoes on top. Could you also direct me to a copy of that radio show too and tell me more about your trip. I am a big fan of your show.
Thank you,
From York, Pa.
Mike
I am looking for the name and address of the tapas restaurant on this show. I believe it was called chiquitas, but I didn't get the spelling and the address
What was the sauce for the chinese steamed salmon .Can you please send me the recipe?
You made a side dish of lentils on one of your shows.
They looked delisious.
I'd love to have the recipe.
Thank- you
Ralph
very entertaining episode keep it coming
This was an interesting episode, but they show it NON-STOP.
Please dig up some old shows to re-run, rather than just the same episodes over and over (Like NYC Bar-b-q)
