# 710 San Marzano tomatoes Well I've always wondered what made these so good, so we flew the crew to Italy for the 2007 tomato harvest and get the low down visiting the farmers, the fields and the factories where they pack these lovely tomatoes.

This was an interesting episode, but they show it NON-STOP.
Please dig up some old shows to re-run, rather than just the same episodes over and over (Like NYC Bar-b-q)
There was a name of a restaurant mentioned during this show where you could get the best pizza in Manhattan it's in the East Village, I didn't catch the name. What was the name of the restaurant?
How about the recipe for Skate. Or how do I get it?
I love your show. CPTV indicates that the recipes can be obtained by going to your website. Please provide recipes, or if you understandably and respectfully decline, please correct the statement at the end of your show.
Visited NYC this weekend and caught the last part of Mike's show on PBS. He referred to the dish he was cooking as "Beef Bourguignon - Not." Can I get the recipe or otherwise access the show?
I purchased a can of the heralded San Marzano tomatoes and had no choice but to improvise the recipe featured on this show. The finished product was a monumental atrocity reminiscent of the most galling prison slurry, much less the famed agricultural mores of Italy’s Neapolitan region. The unrepentant failures of this Web site’s domain masters to produce an accurately transcribed recipe of the San Marzano tomato sauce resulted in a merciless case of bowel incontinence for my entire family. Thank you for ruining our Sunday dinner.
Yum! San Marzano tomatoes are the best when making gravy! I loved seeing behind the scenes of how these wonderful tomatoes are packed. Keep the shows coming!!!
Now there are 5 people asking for the recipe, including me -- the first. Are you going to oblige?
Like the others I too would like your recipe for skate with tomato sauce
PLEASE SEND ME THAT RECIPE FOR THE SAN MARZANO TOMATOES WITH SKATE FISH.
THANK YOU,
BIG AL (DEEPLY APPRECIATED)
