# 702 Cru Chef Shea Gallante is a brilliant young American chef cooking world class food at this Greenwich Village eatery. The wine lists, one for red, one for white are amazing, as is the food, we'll take you behind the scenes to see how it all comes together, and the chef will do a cooking demo for us as well, in his kitchen.
Great show. Cru seems to be the "Fort Knox" of wine. I really enjoy the insider info you give: e.g. that the sommelier came from Le Bernadine.

I love watching your show.... Real and to the point. I am hoping that Cru will take part in the "Open Table Thanksgiving Menu". In any Case, Love watching your show, and the enthusiasm you have about the different restaurants that you attend is brilliant. I would love for you to find the best Greek restaurant in our area.
